PPD tutorial.

I am going to start creating a list of agencies or studios in Leeds that I am interested in working for. And start contacting them. I really want to be able to work in Leeds after university, so I need to start networking and getting some contacts.

Then i can send out my promo back to them and try and look into doing another placement.

Business Card Development.

I think i like these are getting closer to my finalized designs.

Business Card Development.

The use of my name being a Palindrome - don't know if this gets confusing? But I am going to take these to the next crit and see what they say.

I pretty much knew before my crit session that I needed work on crafting, but the general feedback was that the idea was good, and could be really good with better crafting and printing.

The next thing i want to work on with this is the branding of my name, so i can get my business cards sorted and then go on to finalize my portfolio samples. I think business card is the most important thing at the moment, as that is something that i can keep forever, without changing, whereas my portfolio samples will always be changing.

I am glad that they picked up on the fact that I was concept driven, as this is what i was trying to achieve.




The layout for my pack of Portfolio Cards so far. I think i need to add a bit more details so that it has more of a feel of playing cards to it.

I have started looking into designing my business cards and branding my self.

1. Print my details onto acetate and then find some vintage postcards/images to place on top of.
